Don’t Fear HIV’s main target population are:

• people infected with HIV
• and people who have access to internet service
• and people who refuse to go to get treatment
• or people who cannot admit that they are infected with the virus
• or people who want to find a place to talk and ask for help with mental problems caused by the disease
